COVID: Preventive Measures

LEGAL NOTICE / CONDITIONS OF SALE

If the products you have purchased from POP Shoes are not completely satisfactory to you, we will grant returns within 15 days of receipt, if all of the following conditions are met:

During containment, we will allow an additional 15 days to reopen stores.

      • The item has not been worn.
      • It is still in its original box.
      • You have the invoice or receipt for the transaction.

In the event that the return does not comply with these criteria, the product may be returned to you and the delivery costs may be billed to you.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

AT THE STORE (Free)

Please come to the store nearest to you with your item.

Have your order sheet ready. The item (s) must comply with the criteria mentioned above.

The store clerk will notify us of your return.

Please note that refunds will be made from the same payment method used on the original purchase. No refund on shipping costs and your return will be made within 3-7 business days.

As a preventive health measure, all returns are quarantined for a minimum period of 3 days before being processed by our employees. 

 

BY CARRIER (At your expense)

If your merchandise is defective, you must write to us at the following email: support@shoespop.com

For all other normal returns, if you return the package to Pop Shoes' warehouse (at your expense) by mail or Purolator, merchandise must be properly packaged to protect it. We advise you to take out insurance in case of loss.

We will make the refund upon receipt of the package, by the same payment method as the purchase. No reimbursement on the initial and final transport costs.Please allow 3-7 business days for carrier shipping time and credit processing.

WARRANTY

The items supplied by Pop Shoes are new and free from defects. They are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect if the product has been used under normal conditions. In these cases, we will either replace the product or refund you using the same payment method as the purchase.

YOU GIVE A CHRISTMAS GIFT

For all purchases made during the month of December, the return deadline will be extended until January 10. This merchandise must be new and in its packaging.

Please note that returns are not available on December 26 and 27, 2021.
