COVID-19: Preventive Measures

All returns are put away, in quarantine, for a minimum period of 3 days before being processed by our employees. Delivery to residences only. Free return to store, return to head office at the consumer's expense. We advise you to take out insurance in case of loss.

LEGAL NOTICE / CONDITIONS OF SALE

If the products you have purchased from POP Shoes are not entirely satisfactory to you, we will grant returns within 15 days of receipt, provided the following terms are met:

      • The item has not been worn.
      • It is still in its original box.
      • You have the invoice or receipt for the transaction.

In the event that the return does not comply with these criteria, the product may be returned to you and the delivery costs may be billed to you.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

AT THE STORE

Return the item to the store of your choice. Any item will be refunded online using the same payment method as the purchase within 3 business days.

BY MAIL

If you return the package to the Pop Shoes warehouse, we will refund the refund upon receipt of the package, using the same payment method as the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for carrier shipping time and credit processing.

Returns are at your expense.

** Purchases made in store cannot be returned by mail.
